Garlic Scape Cilantro Lime Salt

Fresh garlic scapes, cilantro, lime, and pink Himalayan salt come together in this vibrant farm-to-table seasoning blend that’s bursting with garden-fresh flavor.

Ingredients

  • 5 garlic scapes
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Limes, Zested
  • 1 T. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 C. Pink Himalayan Salt (fine grind)

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Chop Garlic Scapes into 2” pieces and add to food processor.
  3. Roughly chop cilantro and add to food processor.
  4. Add in the zest of two limes along with the fresh lime juice.
  5. Pulse food processor to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Add salt and pulse food processor to complete combine ingredients.
  7. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour salt mixture onto the sheet. Evenly spread salt out. Put into oven to dry for 45 minutes.
  8. Once dry allow to cool then break apart and store in a glass herb container.
