The garden is overflowing with color, fresh flavors, and endless possibilities, and all it takes is a little walk before supper to decide what's on the menu.

I simply grab a metal strainer and harvest whatever catches my eye. Maybe it's broccoli, snap peas, carrots, onions, peppers, zucchini, or a handful of fresh herbs. Every stir fry is a little different because every trip through the garden is different.
Add your favorite protein, toss everything into a hot skillet, and supper comes together in no time. It's fresh, colorful, packed with nutrients, and one of my favorite ways to enjoy the harvest.
Recipes don't always have to be complicated. Sometimes the best meals are simply the ones the garden gives you.
