Dapple Gray is a wonderful, fat, highly productive and tasty bush bean that defies challenging weather.  It is quite early, and the plants hold the beans up out of the dirt very well.  A nice soup or baking bean.  As the beans age a month or so from harvest, they change to a liver and white color.
