Jim Shaw beans were given to us by customer, Arvin Holslem in Utah.  About 35 years ago, he was given some of these gorgeous dark mahogany and white bush beans by a friend, Jim Shaw who’d gotten them from an abandoned ranch house, owned by the town drunk.  Today, we love these shiny round beans, both in beautiful color and flavor.  Thanks Arvin!!
