Here’s a giant of an onion from Scotland!  They sometimes reach 3 pounds or more.  And boy do we love them!  They’re mild and sweet.  Perfect for onion rings and in salads or on a burger.  They are white with a golden skin.  It will store for about 2 months, then start to soften so use them up early on.
