This is one of my all time favorite beans! Not only is it super tasting, both as a snap bean and a dry bean, it is a hugely prolific pole bean, hardy AND beautiful, being striped and spotted black and white. In fact, the Iroquois name means “skunk” bean! So beautiful you could wear them as beads.
